At the beginning of summer our chef will put you in the vacation mood with our seafood dish "Matjes".
Look forward to creative and invigorating fresh dishes, in addition to our regular menu.
Our recommondations in June:
- "Matjes" with apple remoulade on marinated beetroot slices and parsley potatoes
- "Matjes tartar Lord Nelson" with horseradish, apple and cranberries; served with bread
- "Matjes" from smoked eel with fried potatoes and wild garlic dip
