The relexa Waldhotel Schatten was honored by the VDR - Verband Deutsches Reisemanagement e.V (German Travel Association / German Business Travel Association) with the title “Certified Conference Hotel”. Tested are here not only customer service processes such as supply offers, contracts, communication, customer care before, during and after the event as well as the accounting and invoicing. Moreover the whole hotel as well as the meeting and event facilities are checked.
Specific requirements for meeting rooms in terms of room dimensions, ceiling heights and lighting must be provided. Also overnight accommodation will be judged according to criteria for participants and guest speakers.
